Why would I? WHo cares? The point is, giving brands credit for Richie (which you wre) is mad when it is obvious to the world that Marco wanted him to foolow him from Watford.

I swear, you argue with your reflection in the mirror when brushing your teeth, literally say ANYTHING to be objectionable.
I believe everything I say.

This one is honestly to avoid argument. I think if you allow people to cherry pick who signed who between the manager and DOF they'll do it to suit who they like better. No need. DOF does signings and they all fall under his banner.

Mate, life is too short. If you really want to carry on and believe Richie came to Everton cos of Brands, cool, we all know what actually happened though.

If Brands didn't want him he wouldn't be here. Brands wouldn't have allowed Martina or Alcaraz to join the club. The manager is involved in the process but Marcel is the man who runs the show on transfers now. Every single last one.

lol

Thanks for the insight Mosh

No. Either every signing after Brands took over is his or none of them are. This game where we try to determine who wanted which player is silly without being inside the club.
Do you really think if we buy some Italians or players that Ancelloti has managed before they are Brands buys lol?

At least Silva has made some mark on the club - potentially made us 50mill+ on Richarlison.

Brands has taken his salary, done almost nothing and made tea for the protestors.

You wont convince them mate.

They like to have somebody to blame.

Its from the Dave book of "A scout told me Martinez didnt sign Niasse".

Problem is for these Brazilians (Latin players in general), when Barca (or Real) come in for you it’s nigh on impossible to keep hold of them. These clubs are the ultimate for them. Interesting to see his reaction to this if he’s still here in February.

Tbh I’m amazed Barca think that highly of him. 20 league goals in 18 months, he’s unproven. Aubameyang makes far more sense. He is proven, is much cheaper, and although 30 he still looks as though he has a couple more years in his prime,

I'm going to go out on a limb and say it is more than just Latin players who are attracted to Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Hate to be pessimistic, but he's gone in the summer. You don't turn down Barcelona, same as Gana couldn't turn down PSG.
I think we'll get 100 million for him too.
Reinvest in Neres and Lozano, either side of Kean/DCL.

Signing Auba over Richy, makes absolutely no sense imo.

I have serious doubts that this is even the slightest bit real.

That said Richarlison as a replacement for Suarez is a reasonable move. You don't have to worry about hold up play when your team can actually pass the ball.

I really hope it's not real too. Richy 'gets' Everton. But there isn't smoke without fire. We've seen it with Gana, if an elite european club is linked with an Everton player, it's usually only a matter of time.
