Dowell might have talent but he's only ever started 1 prem game for us and that was 2 years ago

Richarlison does well against Oman or Qatar or someone and all of a sudden we're losing him??
He'd only force a move to one of the spanish giants and they'd probably have to pay $100m to get his services and I'd take that all day.
So either a handy Brazilian forward or a shed load of cash. Happy days.
