He plays facing goal, which is similar to Son. As @roydo said, he will give his all and is someone you can rely on when things get tough.

You have had a few moody midfielders like Roberts over the years, we all have. But in terms of the position Richy plays, Waddle is more reflective I think.
Either way, you will deffo take to him.
