Just seen David Unsworth has been named 1st team coach at Preston under Fergie jr.
Im surprised we never found nowt for him here
He was a blue through and through

He's been at Preston for a couple of months or so. Alan Irvine lethim work with he acadamy players when he was still manager - a bit similar to Stubbsy at Everton. I can see Rhino going far in coaching and management.

top man was unsworth. Played a blinder in the cup final in 95 and when he collected his medal he looked happier than Dave Watson...Who really did look like he'd hit the lotto...

Good to hear.

I had a dream about him just the other night actually. He opened a kebab shop deep in the bowels of some make-believe subterranean shopping centre.

I took ages trying to find it - and when I finally did he was having the day off! He only employed people called David Unsworth though, but I didn't bother, it just wasn't the same....

Glad to hear he isn't reduced to kebab shop ownerage (not that there is anything wrong with that, just a step down from professional football).

I remember when we played Spurs was it the semi final
He had Klinsman who was realy on top of his game
In his pocket.
And he roughed up Mark Hughes in the final
not many players ever got away with that

Leg-end is Rhino, met him in PC World once when he came back to Everton over the Aston Villa/West Ham malarky, was only happy to sign stuff and have a gab with me arl fella, Blue through and through, hope to see him back amongst the staff the way Stubbsy is at the mo one day or even a fulltime manager in the lower leagues.
