Here's where i stand:

Anybody who isn't grown up enough to refrain from throwing objects at a football player because he's a bad tit, is as a result, a bad tit and should be liable for whatever actions the club wish to take.

Doing what those fans were doing today just drags down the whole club. There's a difference between calling Suarez a rat, and throwing coins at him.

Mentioned it before but...Dont players entice the crowd? Shushing, celebrating, shirt off, gesturing to opposition fans? They're grown ups...on 100k a week. Yet, they still dont think when they score...did Suarez know what he was doing when he scored? Of course he did, just like he knew to roll about in front of the ref.

The ref does his job properly, he controls the crowd and the players.

He opened a ****-storm in the 24th minute and in turn erupted the consequences of 30k supporters who paid money to see their team play in one of the longest running fixtures in world football

I sincerely hope the FA haven't acted independently and rescinded the card. I want Everton to appeal and force Atkinson to either rescind it (admitting his error) or remain the fool he already is by refusing to do so. He can't win either way.

Just heard the FA are going to completely rescind the Red Card.

I should hope so, they should really be paying the club compensation as the decision completely changed the game and at the end of the season that 3 points could be the difference between European football and not.

Had a kopite say today, "yeah, but they all do that where he's from, rolling around and stuff, it's just the way they are"

"yeah mate, cheating [Poor language removed], bet you wish Forlan had been like that instead of just smashing your net"

I don't think you even understand what PC stands for or means, because it shouldn't even be used to describe this situation. There's nothing politically correct about not throwing coins at footballers. It's just common sense.
