You’re probably right, a few days after the previous game I forget how crap we are, but if am a Leeds fan I would not be looking at them fixtures and being confident. We all know how bad we are defensively, we have conceded 52. Leeds have conceded 68.

Leeds looked doomed but got that injury time winner at Norwich and complete fluke at Wolves from 2-0 down with the help of the ref.

They're in the mire as much as we are. They're a Championship side that can't defend and with key injuries to their better players.

this is why i’m so upset depressed and it’s on my mind 24/7

we’re literally gone as football club

Mate, seriously, as @coollino said, go and take some time off these clowns for a few reasons.

1, We probably are going down, but there are 9 games left and you never know. Why get stressed now, just wait until it happens.

2, Strange things happen in the run in, we are still not in the bottom 3 which shows there are currently worse teams than us over 29/30 games. Somehow…..

3, If we go down, the sun still comes up, there is still beer, holidays, women, good times.

It’s crap, but life goes on mate.

how are they mate lol they have more points more fight ( right now ) it’s us watford and norwich

I’m sorry but I wouldn’t fancy Lampard bringing you back. People buy in to his pundits PR team.

He took over a derby side that had finished 6th the previous year and lost in the playoff semi

Then brought in mason Mount, Harry Wilson, martyn waghorn, tomori and jouzefoun.

He scraped into the playoffs and yes they did beat us but of those 4 games in total lampard had the better of us in a 20 minute period where Leeds we’ll and bottled it 5 minutes before half time and the 15 minutes after half time. But he got the win so well done but that derby side shouldn’t have been scraping into the playoffs they should have been challenging for the league as shown by the amount the they were blowing in wages and fees in that league and now they are in the [Poor language removed] they’re in.

Everton’s situation reminds me so much of ours in 2004 the spirit in the club had gone the club was in disarray players that should have been better not performing and everything just heading in 1 direction.

Our financial situation was [Poor language removed] we had to fire sale players like viduka, smith, Milner, Matteo, Robinson, many more.

We filled the team with journey man and finished mid table, got to the playoff final they next year but then sunk to league one the next and never recovered. Which allowed chancers to take over that were even worse.

Villa were lucky to get up when they did in the 3rd season or they’d have been stuck with no parachute payments having to sell players to keep within FFP

If you’re relegated and the malaise is still around the club come next summer it could get worse see sunderland
I agree the likes of Mount and Tomori are good players but when Frank signed them Mount was 19 and Tomori was 20, it is fair to say that they have improved a lot since then and hugely benefitted from the season on loan at Derby working under Frank. Yes, Villa were very lucky to come up, but more than just luck was involved. Villa got new owners and a new manager who knew the Championship and tried to play football and not just BruceBall. This was the catalyst to start moving up the table. That is why I said it would be good for Everton if they went down and Moshiri sold up and the club could get a stronger management team in to run the club properly.

The way football is these days, you could look at it this way

If you are a massive fan of star wars, marvel/DC, fast and furious - if a film came out and it was was bad, how upset would you be? Probably not very

we’re going doen mate. then down then down then down
I get that feeling matty.
We were talking Europe after last season, how in the hell has it gone so wrong so quick....well we know why... I guess, but what the hell have we the fans done so wrong to deserve this. City (a no mark club) gets bought out and become champions, us the very founders get bought and get shafted.
I always knew from my Dad that being born a blue was tough but this is.....well, shabbite.

No I get you totally, it’s crap, they really get to you, but on the flip side, if we stay up, you’ve wasted 5 or 6 weeks being stressed and peed off for nowt lol
