Sorry, I was banging the drum all summer that we needed to sign 10 players while you and others were calling people bedwetters and telling them to relax because our dear leader Angus and his idiot mate from Leeds had everything under control. How are you feeling about the 7/10 window now btw?

Go back to last season and Friedkin weren't even that bothered to sack Dyche but luckily he left them with no alternative and the run in was more relaxed than it was looking.

Moyes had these poor runs most seasons at West Ham but generally they were never in much danger of going down.

Yeah, the Friedkins will be very slow to act. I reckon they will make the change in May and all parties are probably aware of that to some extent. Moyes probably knows he needs top half to stay on. They'd probably extend him if he got that as their main aim is to keep us in the division and perhaps improve incrementally. I don't see them as game-changing owners who will seriously back their manager to make the CL. At least not on the evidence to date.
 
I always felt this season would be a slog

And so it’s currently proving

We’ve got a LONG way to go before we can happily ignore the relegation battle and look up

Got to incrementally improve the squad every window whilst grinding out results to keep ourselves safe

Probably another couple of years of this to come I fear

Blame the goggle eyed freak

A nice stadium will NEVER give that chump a free pass to anyone who has a clue

Are you actually saying you want the previous players back? You want Doucoure Calvert Lewin Jack Harrison Ashley Young and Lindstrom back?

This squad is miles better than the previous few years. You let the players off the hook as you slammed manager after manager but now all of a sudden they’re all no good?

No one has any clue how good Dibling Rohl Aznou Alcaraz are because the manager barely plays them!
 
See what West Ham do, they need to back up the win and have Burnley at home.

Win that and they're on 10 points and Nuno is starting to get a tune out of them after awful start.

This club should still have enough to finish ahead of Burnley and Leeds but the problem positions absolutely need to be rectified in January window otherwise it will be a closer finisher to those teams than it should be.
 
I could be completely wrong lol but I think we'll have one of those seasons where we're just clear of those around the relegation area. I can see us grinding out a win on Saturday.
 

It won’t be a low points total at the bottom this season. West Ham and Forest will improve. We’re hoping Wolves stay poor and Leeds and Burnley drop like a stone. The teams around us like Fulham and Newcastle definitely won’t be going on massive losing runs.

We need to pick up and quickly. The aloofness of the manager and players is worrying, this could quickly get very messy.

I’m hoping it’s Wolves Burnley Leeds and the sooner it becomes more apparent the better.

I just think the players at West Ham and Forest have too much quality and Fulham and Newcastle are far too good to be dragged into it.

Of the rest of those mid table teams we look the worst.

Biggest fluff of the summer was not replacing Moyes. Seems pretty definitive at this point...
