I think him playing support striker to DCL would've actually been interesting but he'd had too many goalless games by the time Calvert Lewin got fit so the mental damager between player and fans was set at that point.

Not sure if there's an obligation to buy in the deal but could certainly see Brentford signing him for 9-10m.

I read somewhere that the Luton team oh Saturday cost less than £5m. For those of us that hate what Sky, dodgy billionaires and US hedge funds have done to the game surely its good for the game that a club can get up through the leagues like they've done?

I like what Luton have done as a club. Also one of the assistant coaches was my PE teacher in school and a blue so I wish them well as long as it's not at Everton's expense.

Agree i dont think he will be the one to replace him but would be looking for more than one cf and if ge does well and at a good price could be looking for maupay in first. Then look to aff anothet to replace toney

Think Brentford will be ok but they have a big game up next away a Wolves. Lose that and they then have back to back games against RS and City. That could easily be 5 defeats in a row
