Alex Crook on TalkSh1te this morning saying that the 10 points is nailed on because its “watertight”. So 10 + another 4-6, and its going to be close imo. Going to go down to the wire, but I reckon we will scrape through again - just need Doucs/Onana back!
How’s it “watertight”?

They just pulled a punishment out of their arse.

Not a single person, not one, on TalkSport knows anything about anything. It's the football equivalent of the bloke at the pub telling you how to play the fruitys.

Very much like all the experts on football finance and governance in here.

By day, he works for drives a cab for Delta, by night he morphs into an a expert on football finance and governance.

It's a bit like the Silva season. Pretty good start and then totally collapsed after losing the derby in the December.

Was never any danger of relegation battle and finished last two months strongly.

When you look at what's left at Goodison home games v Palace, Brentford, Forest, Burnley and Sheffield all remain very winnable. Throw in a shock win (as every Everton team has one in the run in) and in "normal" circumstances I'd still fancy a finish of 45-46 points which would be a huge improvement on last two years.

The points deduction has complicated everything. Suddenly need to win pretty much all those listed above now to get to mid 30s and certainly not lose to Luton away.

we lost our first 4 games?

See that another club has belatedly realised that those clubs in the relegation zone are not getting the rub of the green when it comes to 50/50 decisions. This time its Chris Wilder calling out the referee from their last game as arrogant and dismissive against them.
Thing I'm pleased about is that it's no longer only Everton being seen as cry arses.
Hopefully all will realise the corruption at the top of PL.
