Honestly I went tonight and they had a go and our supporters were great, all I'm saying is that Southampton game we can't get on they're backs soon as the whistle goes even if justfied. got to get behind them even with gritted teeth maybe, because these fall to bits when we're on there back .. right behind them like last year it's gotta happen, supporters need to sort it again I'm afraid...let's do it for the sake of our club not the muppets in the boardroom

Make no mistake we are going down if we keep this useless fool in charge
Remember that Souness fella who played for `Pool (the one who used to punch opposition players on the sly) he once said that he would rather be lucky than talented or skillful*-
We`ve never been lucky whether it`s injuries, refs` decisions or anything really and Lampard fits right into the unlucky EFC mold. Our plight is a culmination of bad buys = wasted funds etc the list goes on. Who would come in and be any different?

*He was `lucky` that referees turned a blind eye to most of his assaults.

Supporters have been doing it last 2 seasons now, like yourself going home and away onus can’t be on us to keep pulling these clowns through games how about they show us they are capable of winning a game and give us a boost and maybe a glimmer of hope, how much more do we need to be doing? I think we’ve patiently waited and waited believing things are going to come good only for them to get worse and worse to the point we’re in dire straits money for nothing and not a single chick to be seen just utter turd

I know mate but it's our club yours mine everybody, we need to do it again we have to for us not them

Things to build on tonight;
Back 3 again looks like a formation more suited to the players we have. Much harder for teams to break us down and seems to make us more effective at breaking quickly than 4-3-3.
Gray is hopefully hitting a purple patch of form.
Doucoure ran more with the ball than I’ve seen him do for ages. Encouraging.
Calvert-Lewis caused more problems for them in 30 minutes than he caused Brighton in 70.
Onana showed how much we missed him against Brighton, thought that was his best game for a while.

The key is producing those standards on a consistent basis. If we can then we could still get out of this mess.

I'd agree. If they can only be bothered playing when they're up against the likes of City and United then we're doomed. But I thought they did well tonight, even though they didn't get the bounce of the ball they needed. If that and the City game standard can be maintained, then I'd think we'll be safe relatively early. A lack of good signings and a bad run of injuries though will make that a lot harder
