We've got to sell Pickford to fund some attackers and creative players if someone wants him. No point having a great keeper if you don't have a hope of scoring any goals.

I'm really surprised reading these comments.

In last 5 games at City Ground they've now beaten RS, Palace and got draws off Chelsea, Brentford and Villa (were behind in all three games aswell).

How much better should they be doing? Yes their away form is tat but that's par for the course for a bottom six team as we all know from bitter experience last season.

They're miles better than they were in September and early October. Since Leicester beat them 4-0 Cooper got an unexpected new deal and made an effort to be more conservative and it's working.

9 points from last 15 available at home is a formula you need to stay up, worked from April-May 2022 for this club anyway.
Agree. Can see them staying up

At least bournemouth got beat

Unless there's a miracle in the transfer window (which is now heading in to the 4th day) or there is an amazing managerial appointment, I fear we will be going down. If not then another relegation scrap but I don't think it will be like last season. For a start we're much worse and we don't have Richarlison.

I cant see us being in the PL next season.

That's how bad we've become.

@MaupsGoat and others telling me today we're better than Brighton...FFS I just shook my head wondering what decade they were living in.

They are the real deal - a midtable PL team, and we're mid-Championship level.
At least the whole charade with the owner will finally be exposed. New stadium won't finish, he'll lump us with the debt and sell us off to the next scammers.

Leeds-West Ham. (Can see West Ham scrambling a draw from that).

Southampton-Forest (Huge chance for Forest to get out of bottom 3 for first time since middle of August).

Bottom 3 by tomorrow night I think and then reality properly sets in. It should've happen already as it's now 7 defeats from the last 10 and only ONCE since September has the team even scored more than one goal in a game.
