I was a lot more concerned knowing Palace sacked Vieira as they were on a real free fall and a new boss could shake things up and get a few wins but if their plan is a 75 year old Roy Hodgson, wow.

They may be making the decision to play him injured because they know how crucial he is and they'll have the international break to rest him if he comes off early tonight.

Dangerous gamble for them to make.

Doesn't really matter who takes over Palace as they're going to get safe regardless.

If Forest get beat or draw tonight this relegation battle is between Everton, Forest, West Ham, Leeds, Bournemouth, Leicester. Two of those to join S'ton.

Dont think it is a done deal with palace this could turn a few players head esp if is a temp manager. Is a big risk getting a new manager at this stage look at leeds sputhampton.
