He therefore consistently makes bad calls, as he's incapable of viewing any incident from a players perspective imo.

Which he was made fully aware of through numerous channels.

I think you may se a slightly differing refereeing style this coming weekend.

I've never been convinced by this argument to be honest. I don't see why you need to have played the game to a professional level to referee football.
You just need a good understanding of the game.

Lee Mason for me is the worse ref in the prem.
