Obviously anything that can add money to the coffers is good, I'd just dread to think that if anything came to fruition changes might happen at the club

Someone in the football industry did a guest talk not long ago, said to me personally that the reason why Everton aren't being majorly looked at is because we are constantly doing well. If we were struggling in 15/16th we would be much more attractive as the price would be much lower. This person used to work for EFC. Also the stadium is a major, major drawback.

i still dont understand why we didnt get the tesco express 24/7 stadium as it would of had a retail park and more jobs. how can the council so no to that.

also if they say they want to keep the ground in the city what im all for as well why dont the council give us soem areas in the city they will let us build...

btw i wished for the kings docks out of them all

Elephant in the room this if Roberto continues this transformation at a club like ours he immediately becomes the next Mourinho and every regular CL club will have him on the radar.

Only genuine money a la PSG, Chelsea, City will thwart it but at the moment I'm shoving my head firmly in the sand to avoid thinking about it or I'll cry.

It was blocked by the then Labour government because Tesco are a monopoly who ruin areas with their shops and crush everyother business in the area, not just food shops but offies and newsagents who can't compete because people just go to Tesco for everything

Apologies if there has already been some discussion about this. But I heard a few people at the match mention that Red Bull were supposedly at Goodison on Moday. I'm unsure as to whether or not there's any truth to it, anyway thought it might be worth seeing if people have heard something similar or have grounds to Gatling Gun this rumour.

Incorrect rumour. Red Bull have moved on to Leeds after realising Everton was a complete non-starter, for all of the reasons mentioned months ago - colours, name, history, traditions, etc.

More chance of Kenwright selling up to Peter Johnson than there is of Red Bull buying us.

Might be naive of me but I genuinely think he's looking to build something other than his own ego.

He showed a lot of loyalty to Wigan, Villa and LFC both tried and failed to persuade him to come. He wouldn't just up sticks this soon, even if was for the Barca job

If anything I'd be more worried about the England job, we're gonna do crap at the World Cup, Woy will be swiftly sacked and then the FA will be looking for a realistic replacement with a proven track record of playing good football, etc. Martinez will be ticking a lot of boxes when they compile a short list, especially if we achieve something this season

Conversely we are on the cusp of CL football which would generate a fortune if we qualified for it.

They'll 100% won't be a namechange. Even Aslam's application to the Football Council has to get their full backing, and if the council don't like what they hear from the fan groups, then Hull City remain Hull City.

But a Blue Bull Special Edition to celebrate our new shirt sponsors could work well.

This is exactly what I intended to post - They might consider it a smart marketing move to launch a Blue Bull Brand - why stop at just Red.. their brand is strong enough!! Green Bull, Blue Bull etc etc. OR If they fancy breaking into the PL and the top Red teams aren't on the agenda anyway then this is an ideal opportunity.. to market RB, BB etc etc.

Red Bull Everton - Gash, despite Tim Cahill's best efforts

Blue Bull Everton - American folk hero's sidekick

Red Bell Everton - See Liverpool FC

Blue Ball Everton - Royston Drenthe
