Great. I have learned something new about post workouts food. I don't eat much cereal except for granola that I make myself but I'm definitely going to keep this food tip in mind from now on.
Lucky you to have a home gym built. Do you do a lot of weight training? That's a long workout session. I used to do mine that long when I was going to the gym but at home I have been limiting mine to a little bit over an hour but exercising at home always comes with challenges for me as I'm constantly interrupted by my daughter needing something lol so while I'm proud that I have kept up with my exercise routine for a whole year at home and I have created my own space to workout, I do look forward about returning to my gym at some point once the pandemic is under control and I have gotten vaccinated. I'm not quite ready yet though so I will continue pushing forward at home for sometime longer.
I hope you were not traumatized by your crazy experiences in the US. A bad car accident can be so physically and emotionally draining. I too experienced a bad car wreck 15 years ago and while my injuries were not life threatening it took a long time for my body to fully recover, even at times when I do some weight training exercises I still have to be careful not to irritate the injury.
I have definitely heard of Kazakhstan before, I like watching travel shows. I'm sure your girl must be beautiful, women from that area of the world tend to be very gorgeous so you are indeed a lucky man. Is she into exercising and healthy eating too? My husband hates working out, his thing is hiking or bike riding when it comes to exercising. When it comes to healthy eating he has no choice as I'm the one who does most of the cooking but he does prefer a diet with lots of protein but I cook some vegetarian dishes a couple of times per week to cut our meat intake.
Is there any food that you try to stay away? Or don't like much such as smoothies? I look forward to you sharing some of your healthy recipes.
Cheers!
No problem for the tip. I have a personal training qualification so I should know my stuff, I know fats are slow digesting and they're not very useful directly after working out. I usually have some eggs when I wake up in the morning.
I do a lot of weight training, yes. I've been doing it for 8 years now and when I first started I guess I got hooked on it! Like everyone I was really bad when I first started, I used to ask people in the gym how to do a specific exercise and what routine they were following. I'm always someone who loves to learn but I'm proud to say now people come up to me asking for tips and what I'm doing in and out of the gym. In regards to the vaccine, I'm not sure I'll take it. I'm in my mid 20s and don't really feel the need to, If we need the vaccine to travel I will take it as I love travelling and have really missed it through the pandemic.
I was traumatised for a while by that car accident, I struggled to get behind the wheel in bad conditions for a while but you naturally forget about things and move on. Luckily I wasn't injured or anything. I hope you're fully recovered now and feeling better.
She is very attractive, but there are other qualities which attracted me to her such as her caring nature and sense of humour. She is massively into exercising but doesn't really eat healthy (I find her munching on snacks such as cakes most of the time). She loves training her legs and booty but doesn't bother much with her upper body...
I tried to go vegan for a little bit for found it really hard to adjust to it and my digestion was awful on that diet so I had no choice but to return back to my normal diet.
I try and stay away from foods high in saturated fats, when I'm on a cut I avoid takeaway food altogether as you just don't know what they put in that sort of food. Apart from that I don't really have any rules but just stick to the macros and calories which I allocate myself. In the off-season I'll eat popcorn, crisps, ice cream, burgers ... you get the jist. I try to eat a lot of fruits, vegetables and complex carbs such as sweet potato, oatmeal and rice but that's not essential. If I'm trying to lose fat the main thing is to be in a caloric deficit, which I achieve by staying active, doing a little cardio through the week and training hard on the weights. I have used certain substances in the past but I'm not currently on anything and trying to do everything naturally.
What sort of training do you do? What foods do you enjoy and what ones do you try and avoid?
Thanks!
