Do we really come across as a club to pluck talent from random foreign leagues? We did it once, with Vlasic, my jaw dropped then we booted him out haha.

I don't really ever get excited that we'll sign some decent wonderkids.

Thing about Vlasic is he's actually half decent. I know the Russian League isn't much but he does well there. Really our insistence on playing Sigurdsson every week is why he left, and who would we better off having now? That's a great example of thinking short way too much.

The fact that we don't come across as that kind of club is one of our biggest issues right now, imo. It would cost what 8-10m to get done? Makes too much sense to me.
