His ability to take a FK well means we would have another to take those kicks and not just Arteta. His long throw-ins would be leathal with our good headers. He throws fast but not quite as long as Delap, but will reach far into the penaltybox with a throw in near the area.

According to english papers Kalmar should have accepted a bid of £6M.

I have literally no idea how you go about buying a player it seems?

It is not as bad as it looks like. They have rejected offers from Valenciennes and Herenveen, I don´t know the other club. Everton have only showed interest but has not given any firm offer yet, and the sum of 6 mill is taken out of the blue.

PSV and Everton are reported to have been on location yesterday. and the trip to Everton come up very quick according to Elm himself ( but i can´t find where i read it.

Players like this should be a certainty for a top 5 club. Show him around Finch Farm, agree a fee with his club and get his decision right there and then (he had his family with him in the area I believe, so no need for a delay). He's a kid with some Swedish outfit FFS. This is an outrageous performance in the transfer market. If finance is at the back of all this then just dont attempt any business until they can ensure they're not further embarrassing the club.

FFS calm down, the window has only been open 23days and theres a good 3 weeks before the season starts. Surely thats loads of time to sign players, bed them in and get them ready.
