It's early in the season for them but he's conducting himself immaculately I must say. And he's getting the best out of a limited team. Will be interesting to see how they fare in the league ..

No to all of the questions. They beat a team I've never heard of 2-1 on aggregate. I'm gonna say there'll be tougher tests to come

I'm all for the club employing the best playing and managerial talent around, so if he does a good job then I'd be all for it. In fact I'd go as far as to say that if we could have got him in alongside Silva to learn at the top level then that wouldn't have been the worst idea in the world. His experience would be invaluable.

It's ok Kev, you tow the party line of "we all hate kopites", even if it's at the expense of Evertons progress. We accepted Sammy Lee into our hearts so why not Gerrard if he improved us in the future?
