I don't massively like Neil Lennon either, I just found it funny he scored an equaliser against Gerrard's Rangers. He's already being out thought by the likes of Neil Lennon. It was not a comment on Lennon I can assure you.

Most Rangers and Celtic fans I meet are great people. There is a real affinity between scousers and Glaswegians. I've got a lot of respect for both. From my experience there are a minority of Rangers fans, who on finding out your a scouser go on about it being "the fenian capital of England"/ "only city to elect a Sinn Fein MP etc" or other such rubbish, but thankfully that seems to be dying out now.

Mate, I've never mentioned Gerrard.
Until he was appointed manager of my club I honestly couldn't tell you much about him or Liverpool for that matter. There's always been a Liverpool - Celtic connection from when I was a kid, hence why I have no time for Liverpool. If Gerrard is the person you say he is then it will emerge soon enough.
I obviously want him to succeed at my club, but I've support my club home and away and all over Europe for over 40 years, I support a club, an institution. Managers and players will come and go.

"I want him to succeed" then frankly you are going to get a lot of stick from Evertonians mate. You might just be ignorant to the numerous misdemeanours he's had (which would be really really ignorant) but let me assure you he is a hated figure to Evertonians beyond pretty much any other. When I tell you there are songs being sung about partying when he died, it was sung loudly by the majority of fans, I didn't join in as I felt it was out of line, but be under no illusions how he is viewed.

Oh and for the record, Liverpool and Celtic never had a bloody link, the link was always Liverpool and Rangers, hence why Everton have songs about lobbing Kopites and Rangers fans in the mersey, and stringing them up. I'm not saying thats right either, but thats the reality.

The fella doesn't feel hate mate. Thats just us blues towards Gerrard. Celebrating Neil Lennon being knocked unconscious is merely "dislike" while songs about Gerrard fall under unacceptable hate.

Oh and he's a Rangers fan, having a go at Evertonians for their opinions on Steven Gerrard because the IRA may have killed a woman in 1972 (but was actually an act committed by a brotherhood who disbanded in the 1880s). Thats the long and short of his argument, and calling people every name under the sun and making out their mentally ill for challenging his sound logic.

Will you ever get anything right, Jimmy Nichol was the Rangers manager on Sunday, Gerrard was in the Middle East somewhere.

I have no idea where you get you last paragraph from, but I can't take you seriously after all the other falsehoods and inaccuracies you've posted. plus I have never seen anything remotely like that during my visits to Liverpool.
