Bad reading for Ranger in this fixture. The century just won 14 of the last 62. No wins in the last 14. The only 2 wins in the last 8 years (and 23 games) have been when Celtic were reduced to 9 and 10 men (against a full compliment of Rangers players).

I am desperate for Gerrard to take that job. Not only would they greatly damage one another, but they would also show the other up for what they really are. I can imagine cretins in union jack outfits bellowing about "Stevie G" and his record who himself has always looked like a poster boy for the a group like the BNP.

Fingers crossed neither party sees sense and they both bomb down this suicidal route trying to manoeuvre Gerrard as the new Greame Souness.

One added bonus, is we can all laugh at Kopites (even more) when Gerrard get's volleyed all over Glasgow in Old Firm derbies and gets brutally exposed as the fraud he is. Short of enacting the lyrics to a famous song hanging them thats about as much fun as it gets.
