In a quick superficial way ( which is usually par for the course - ask mrs degsy) it seems an efficient if cheap way of doing business.
But, (if fit kneewise basically a nailed on starter for a decent International team...and that Otamendi still manages to get games for club and country) it seems a bit short term.
