No, he's a marginal upgrade on Williams, in that he can still run, however just like Williams he's got at least one howler in him every game.

* I'm being generous by saying he's only got one mistake in him too.

Although I think he is limited beyond belief, I am too much of a pragmatist not to recognise that he is a million times better than the 2017 version of Williams.
