Perhaps not but given we've only got 3 experienced CBs, one of whom handed in a transfer request last window and another aged 33 it would seem a bit daft to agree to loan out the other one for a pittance without signing a replacement.

Agreed just get Koeman to teach him some stuff and he will be sound. In fact I would go as far as to say he is one of the better left footed centre backs
