Still not impressed with his tackle in the derby.

I absolutely love him, and I think it's just because he goes mental when he scores. Interesting to see whether he sorts out the glaring faults in his game under a new manager/system, because he's athletic enough to be a great player, makes great tackles and always gives 100%.

Just hasn't got a brain in his head at times.

Better first season than most foreign centre halves have. Compared to Otamendi and Mangala who cost nearly 4 times more I think he's fine. Bit of coaching required and if he matures more in to the English game no reason he can't improve. Plus he scores a few goals too.

Cant have a go at him for potentially going the Olympics and missing a few games here, south american teams have always taken the Olympic games very seriously just look at the Argentina side from 2008 which included Messi, Aguero, Zabaleta, Garay, Gago, Lavezzi, Riquelme, Banega, Di Maria, Mascherano and others.

Even the brazilian side in 2012 had Thiago Silva, Marcelo, Lucas, Oscar, Neymar, Hulk, Pato, Alex Sandro, Danilo who are all now at the highest level of football.

It's obviously frustrating for us but this is always seen as a major tournament for most south american nations it's just us who show no real value to it as its rarely been part of our footballing calendar.
