Thing is, if he plays as much as possible for Argentina then it gives us alot of exposure and also should aid his development when playing in tournaments as one of the favourites.

How is he seen in Argentina now, seems to have become their first choice LCB.

With the changes with TV deals in South America and the kid afraid of losing his national team place all that is possible if improbable but Spain or Italy is very likely. Garay plays with Zenit who play the Champions league a highly unlikely event for Ramiro at the moment.

I very much doubt that Mori is afraid of losing his place for Argentina when the coach has just said he wants him to play in 2 tournaments this summer.

Also, im not sure who would pay the money to sign him in Italy or Spain as his value will have increased to £15mil+ as he's now in the premier league and first choice it seems for Argentina. As we also dont need to sell it wouldnt make one iota of sense.

Meh we should still have jags and stones. I know alot of people aren't arsed about international footie and only care about Everton (which is very reasonable), but I'm sure representing Argentina in the Copa and Olympics will be important to Funes Mori. I'd rather the club have a trusting relationship with the players instead of forbidding them from representing their country if the player wishes to do so
