This is all mental. We are everton FC, we go for workmanlike and cautious managers. We'll be lucky if its even relegated Martinez I think

will be martinez sadly but I can understand where you are coming from tbh, Rangnick being in that sort of job atm and with periera being mainly a coach would be the best of both worlds- Rangnick in a less stress related position and periera being the coach of the team

but we haven't had to pick a manager in the last 11 years mate,

in which time we've gone from being a bit sh!t, to being quite good

it's OK if we think we should shoot for the moon

although I do think we'll be getting Martinez, he may be just what we need, I don't know
