Using players the fella signed in 2004 as a reason to trust him for signings , when for example DCL was I think 6 rather than 16m for Rondon in China or even a free for us or £21m for almiron .Rafael's at the wheel ?

Of if you doubt it sound, it’s not like he’s got us in our worst run of form this century or we’re bottom of the form table or just suffered our biggest derby defeat since Ian rush or we’re currently 16th or anything like that . Or he thinks Rondon only can’t play when he’s injured FFSProblem is your judging him based on the basket case club that was Mike Ashleys Newcastle.
I highly doubt he would have been given the green light to sign £25-30 million ballers under Ashely.
He wanted to replace Alonso with Gareth BarryAlonso doesn't count considering he also ran him out of the club after falling out. Took them years to recover from losing him too.
Still this Benitez at Everton was toxic enough already in the last few weeks it’s escalated to the stage it’s becoming and unattainable position for him, if it goes on much longer I can’t see Moshiri has any choice to pull the plug. Yes a win tomorrow would ease things for him massively but I don’t even think a draw would help hi, much. Time will tell.Seasons only young - a suprise win tomorrow and we are 11th/12th with Palace away up next.
A win there and suddenly we are 9th-10th in the table with DCL and Mina to come back.
People need to just wait and see what happens its not the crisis many are making it out to be even though we can all agree the form is currently not good enough.
He’s probably top of our lis5 fo4 a Benitez replacement lolNah - Nuno was openly like 5th choice for them. If that.
Not the same with Benitez. Totally different.
Even we binned Nuno off.

I'll happily keep defending Benitez from anyone calling for his head, but his history of signings is undeniably poor.Problem is your judging him based on the basket case club that was Mike Ashleys Newcastle.

He can’t get the players he has performing on the pitch even at a bare minimum level, getting involved in other areas of the club surely that can only make things worse.Giving him full control is a terrifying thought. We are trending towards relegation under an inept manager who has taken a team down before
Well I’ll see it from the telly coz I’m done with himI think you just need to see what happens mate tbh.
100% guaranteed. Nobody to stand in the way of his bringing in the Newcastle dross now.I would think the current manager will see brands departure as a victory and worryingly may indicate he’s in a stronger position than a lot of us hoped.
