I would like to know from these ex players what kind of wages they earned and how well l.they were set up financially when they finished with Everton or with footbal

Ask Earl Barrett if he suffered or seen any racial abuse as he was one of our first black players, It was rife before he came here.

You could ask Earl Barrett if he felt like he had won the euro millions jackpot every week playing top level Togger every week, considering he was so [Poor language removed] at it ?!!!!!

I don't get this Earl Barrett bashing. He was a great defender. Poor going forward, but defensively he is the top 5 of our post-war full backs

I honestly thought he was turd mate, clumsy, slack at marking and poor distribution. Southall used to rave on about him being a boss defender but I just couldn't see it. Thought he always looked class for Oldham and Villa but didn't see him hit those levels of performance for us. All about opinions though mate so you seen a lot more in him than I ever did.

Alan where can i buy this book and when is it out?
I will advertise it on here. I have so far conducted 102 interviews and will have to put them in a string of books and at the minute I'm looking at bringing out 4. They are all interesting and with all respects there are players that I have spoken to that you may not have heard of but they are all good.
