You were obviously aware of that clause in your contract; how did you feel knowing that as you approached ' that ' number of appearances, your Everton career was coming to an end.

To Sheeds, Put these three in order of best free kick taker Leighton Baines, Andy Hinchcliffe and himself.

After the dust had settled and you had got back home from Rotterdam after winning the ECWC what were your thoughts?

What is your most memorable experience as an Evertonian. What is the least fond memory?

My first game Everton vs Blackburn, we lost 3-0 but I loved every minute of it and still remember it today.

Least? Probably losing to Witan in the FA cup quarter final, gave up on football and Everton for a while after that.

It's a boss question to ask because everyone has different answers, and it's fascinating to read, especially ex-blues.

Ask him what would be going through his mind as he'd run out in front of the Gladwys every game to the rousing reception he always used to get.

Myhre: As he earned his first Norway cap as an Everton player, was there a big learning curve in development when he first signed and does he think he improved as a player during that first year?

Earl Barret: I'd genuinely like to ask him whether he was aware of/affected by the racism he received at Goodison (I started going to the match when he was playing and recall it well), although I doubt you'd want to address that in an Everton book.

Anders Limpar: I'd just ask him how he got to be so awesome, referring specifically to that time in the cup final in 95 when he pointed into the distance as if he was going to play a long ball before passing it short to Parkinson.

I interviewed Thomas today, a great guy who spoke to me for 45 minutes (dread my phone bill). He's coming over tomorrow to watch Accrington Stanley vs AFC Wimbledon with some Norwegian friends
