What was it like, at the time to come up from the Norwegian division to come and play for us, was it a big culture shock, how different was the goalkeeping training. And best underrtated player in his eyes.

1. Thomas was loaned out to a couple of clubs because we can't afford to pay the bonus to his old club at the time. Was that the truth?

2. Does Thomas still keep in touch with his former colleagues at Everton?

3. I wonder if Thomas dislikes Walter Smith. I do myself because Paul Gerrard played every match week in week out even he was a bit crap.

Was he disappointed the way it ended at Everton, being loaned out because we would have to pay an extra £200,000 for every 20 games he would have played for us which ultimately cost him his first team place.
