Group stage was miles better. Can see that continuing as well. Boring KO games so far.

I would have finished half those chances, and I'm not sure I need a second hand to count the goals in a decade of youth soccer.
Granted, I clocked most of my hours as what you would probably call a very short CB presenting zero set piece threat in a 3-4-3, but still.

It’s rarely exciting and usually just prolongs the inevitable.
I can remember someone once saying a player from Each team should be removed every 5 mins or so until a goal is scored. Extra time and penalties is such a boring cop out.
