They’ve had a favourable draw. Portugal or France beat these.

Not so sure. Brazil seems to have decided to respect the threat of Croatia's counterattack and slow play this. We've seen Conte bank on a moment of magic from superior attacking talent and be right enough times.

It's not a great watch because it's so cagey, but technically this game is being played at a very high level. There is quality all over this pitch.

They used to have loads of great attacking options too. Perisic seems to be their main goal threat these days.

I'm not wholly convinced that Croatia are that much better than the Swiss tbh, they scraped their way past Japan

I’d love to see a stat that showed Neymar’ successful dribbles at this World Cup. I know he’s only played 3 games but I swear I’ve seen him consistently running into defenders trying to dribble.
