Their results against the 3 teams you've quoted are D-L-W-D-L so 1 win in 5 games. It was Sweden who helped keep Germany's chances alive, they certainly didn't see them off.
Yes, Sweden will definitely fancy their chances and England will fancy their chances too. It's definitely a 50:50 game.

They'll have no fears facing England anyway, as you say it's a 50/50 game.

Biggest worry from an England perspective is how they're going to create chances in open play. I'm guessing Sweden will defend set pieces really well and that's been England's best source of goals. Midfield really need to step it up.

England are mirror Liverpool’s champions league run of having the easiest possible route to get there before getting dry bummed in the final

Not sure they will get to the final myself. That said, not sure they will get past Sweden neither.

Just enjoying it for a change.

Going to be very difficult beating Sweden given their very good defence and England's lack of creativity and shots. It has got to be his main priority to sort that in the next 3 days or the best we can hope for is another penalty shoot out and i dont fancy our chances of winning another one.

Brazil v Belgium looks a good one. Brazil should win it but Belgium can score goals and they are probably going to need to score a few of them to beat Brazil.
Sweden have been the least creative team I've seen in this WC best they can hope for is penalties.England win for me.

It's now very easy to understand why the Western media/government have been vehemently against Russia hosting the World Cup and it's absolutely nothing to do with corruption, racism, hooliganism, etc. Russia is biggest political rival, that's why. This world cup has been one the best ones, in recent memory and the best World cup for England in 28 years.

This is such a big event and the whole world is watching. The whole world has realized that Russia isn't this mean-spirited racist hellhole as portrayed by the media and now many English fans are angry at the media for such bad portrayal.

It's OK to be excited and a little optimistic. Just doesn't seem like anyone wants to show they have their hopes up for fear of disappointment.

Got news for ya...lose and you'll still feel disappointed. I just don't get it. It's fun feeling optimistic...even if guardedly so.

Pretty sure everyone in Sweden is feeling like they will struggle to beat England.

I have considerable money on Belgium winning from a bet I made about a decade ago, but I really don't want them to win. Just so unlikable, every one of them.

Croatia v England

Uruguay v Brazil
