That thread about Marmite and chocolate (shudder) - while revolting - got me thinking about combinations which shouldn't work on paper, but in the mouth actually do.

I used to like Salt and Vinegar crisps eaten at the same time as a KitKat when I was all small.

Now I've moved on to pickled gherkins and peanut butter.

I might sound like a weird pregnant woman but it really works.

Saying that, whenever I eat it the mrs is often sick in her hands.

Anyone have any stuff they put together which they probably shouldnt?

When I was younger, I used to have salami with chocolate flakes on my sandwich. I know that sounds awful and I found out a while ago, it actually is. Really was disgusting.:P

used to eat branflake sandwitches when younger!

but now cant have baked beans unless they are smotherd with salad cream!

dipping mcdonalds chips into chocolate milkshake tastes really nice,

also, I don't do rice so when I go for a curry I have it on naan bread - like a pizza.

oh yeah, my sister used to drink orange squash with milk instead of water, DISGUSTING!

As a kid I used to like weetabix dry with ketchup on them, now the most exotic combo I go for is cheese & banana toasties : scrummy!

I do the chocolate and crisps taste mixing aswell.

Chocolate and Sausageroll aswell (especially the pastry)

Half cup of orange juice mixed with half a cup of milk. Kinda curdles in your stomach and makes you want to vomit, but tastes nice on the way down.

Never tried that, but I do like lime milkshakes - there's something about that citrus-dairy combination that I like.
