Proposed post-season friendly between Everton and D.C. United

There was talk last week that we were trying to set up a pre-season tour to USA anyway.

If we did go over there, I'd have thought DC would be the obvious starting point.

I hope this happens and the US is the preseason tour this year. It’s been a few since it happened. the Juve game in SF for the ICC was the last stateside game I attended with @allezlesbleus. I organized a happy hour in DC the last time Everton played there. Other than the heat an humidity that time of year it is a really fun town. Audi field is way better than the RFK dump.

I went to the game in 2011- that may have been the hottest day in DC since I moved here 13 years ago.
