I hope this happens and the US is the preseason tour this year. It’s been a few since it happened. the Juve game in SF for the ICC was the last stateside game I attended with @allezlesbleus. I organized a happy hour in DC the last time Everton played there. Other than the heat an humidity that time of year it is a really fun town. Audi field is way better than the RFK dump.Sweet. Shades of 2011
In a friendly though? I honestly wouldn't be arsed.Imagine Rooney getting a hat trick haha the shame.

It would make sense to play in July as part of preseason training, but my God is it hot and humid in DC that time of year.
Corrected! It would make sense to play in July as part of preseason training, but my God is it hot and humid in DCL's jockstrap that time of year.
But not if Kitbag are still involved. Are they? Not a bad idea to earn more popularity in the U.S. It will boost our merchandise, which is a good thing.
Fair play. Hell of a size of a continent. A bit like us playing several friendlies all over Europe...and then some.Would be fun to see - if just a one-off, I'd get to DC for it - if it were part of a pre-season tour, I'd make my way to most, if not all, of their matches in North America.
I went to the game in 2011- that may have been the hottest day in DC since I moved here 13 years ago.I hope this happens and the US is the preseason tour this year.
