So the positive Norwich player played against Spurs so this player has to self-iscolate for 7 days, all the other Norwich and Spurs squads involved can carry on as normal which is AGAINST Health and Government rules but for the iNTeGriTy oF tHe LeAgUe means they can do anything they want.

Cue next round of testing on Monday which this whole testing and controlling the virus a load of BULL! Just 4 million on testing down the swanny.

I really for the life of me cannot understand how they have the neck to peddle the utter nonsense that they’re coming out with. So They are saying a player deep breathing, full of sweat touching and grappling with however many people is not at risk of passing the virus on because he wasn’t close to somebody for more than 15 minutes?? If that’s the case why are people who carry out tests in full hazmat suits when all they are doing is taking a swab that takes 5 seconds? Why are all the pubs and restaurants still shut? etc.

weeks ago when I was reading people say that they will find a way of restarting by hook or by crook I didn’t quite believe it. Unfortunately those people were spot on.

You can't even get that right. Belgium has a worse death rate than us and Scotland's is very similar.

Good god. A test doesnt even mitigate. Do you even know what a test is? It offers no protection. It's not even attempting to offer protection.

Spain and Italys numbers are miles better than the UK too. Spain had a day with bo deaths. We recently had a da with more deaths than every other EU member combined. Let that sink in when evaluating the scale of calamity this has been from our government. More deaths than the entire EU countries combined.

That's why its laughable to compare us to any other country. When Spain, Italy (or laughably) Germany have a day where they have more deaths than the rest of the UK combined then we can talk. Until then, just keep spitting your idiocy.

Oh and the UK death toll is much worse than France, Holland and Belgium. The ONS has us on over 60k. The only country that's comparable are the one where the president told them to drink bleach. That's the company oir government is in, however much you try to spin your way out of it that we are actually equivalent to Germany.

I do await your next batch of nonsense. Maybe you can make a case for drinking bleach is safe, to go alongside your ridiculous position that social distancing is unnecessary. Should we be shaking hands with people who had it?

Spain have had a whole week with no deaths i believe, the fact of the matter is, this country is nowhere near the level of the rest of Europe with regards to containing the virus, the total no. of deaths went up yesterday from the day before again!

There is no like for like comparison. Only someone who has an agenda to distort evidence would claim otherwise. It's a bit like saying having a test to see if you have the illness is not only a useful preventative measure to catching it, but the best preventative method available (above the use of PPE). It does beg the question with NHS workers, doctors, care workers, nurses, cleaners etc were all so desperate to get PPE equipment, when a simple test could have kept them safe?

It's just been days of stupidity with him. It seems no matter how many people tell him he's wrong, he just moves the goalposts and says something is, completely ludicrous. I'm losing track of his idiocy.
 
There should be more fight against project restsrt, but where would it come from? The teams need the money, the governing bodies think it'll raise morale and the players, just want to get back to work.... Something i find really weird tbh.

But as the latest outcome shows, it's got to restart regardless of what happens. Norwich know if the season doesn't continue they'll probably be relegated, they're always going to push the notion that the player wasn't any where near any spurs player, true or not. Desperation is causing them to just make up rules, what has 15 minutes got to do with anything, you can pass the virus on in 1 second of contact. Like others have said, this isn't based on anything the government or health officials have advised, they've just made it up so they can carry on with a ridiculous project barely anyone cares about.

They will be extremely lucky if nobody dies from something that could have been completely avoided.
