last season, in our 36th league game we were hammered by a now relegated Sunderland side and stuck in 13th (thirteenth) place. Today (38 games later) we were abysmal and have already secured European football.

Job well done, onwards and upwards.

It's completely inarguable that we have made progress this season.

It always sucks when we get beat and people always start thinking about all the negatives.

But we're light years better than last season in many ways.

We all want to be higher, we all want to be top 4. That's the next step. We could lose the next 2 games and the objectives for the summer will still be the same.

The first time we met a serious competitor in either we were bombed out. God bles Roberto for finding us a route past Dagenham and Redbridge and Carlisle.
