Preseason outs

Vellios and Gueye have to go to anyone who'll have them, amazes me how they're even still here.

Pienaar I'd hang onto for at least another year. Clearly in decline but he may still have his uses as an impact player, especially with all the extra European games next year. Osman falls into the same bracket perhaps, even though I think he's just utter terrible now.

Alcaraz has been shocking the last few games but remember, he was decent when we first played him. Maybe he just needs more game time, he's played half a dozen games all season. Hang onto him and have him just for safe-keeping in case we get injuries.

Robles I don't know about. He's looked flappy in a few games but he's young and will improve, plus he does have big game experience. And Christ, he's better than Mucha at least.

Ossie and Pienaar will be useful in the early Europa and League Cup games.

But of course, it would be best for both parties if Vellios and Gueye were to leave.

Don't think Hibbert will renew his contract, not too bothered though.

Duffy, Lundstram and McAleny will get another year I think. I think Francisco Junior will be gone, though.

..I'm not one for shipping out although I appreciate it might be necessary to balance the books. We will need a squad, we will need numbers and the likes of Pienaar and Osman have much to offer. If those two are on the bensch or is reserve for much of next season, we will have a very decent 11 out on the pitch. We don't need a cull, we need a few in or coming through.

Vellios and Gueye will go and I don't think anyone will dispute that, not even them.

You'd be silly to get rid of Pienaar, he's worth more to us than what you'd imagine anyone would offer for him, yes he's on bigger wages for someone who will be a rotation player but there's nothing we can really do about it.

Hibbert is am interesting one, I'm really not sure what sort of roll a lack of football, all these injuries and his age have played on him, even if he's a Hibbo of 18 months ago he'd be a more than fine back up but if he has really declined then maybe it is time to let him go sadly. Although in saying that it also depends on how the club see Browning, if we only see him as a CB now then that means we've got no natural right back as a back up. (I know Stones can play there and even Jags can but I want them at CB) so if we don't wanna spend any money on a new back up RB then maybe we'll hang on to him.

Alcaraz staying really depends on what happens with other players, if Duffy returns and Browning continues to really develop then I don't think there's much of a need for him, especially if we do sign a Distin replacement this off season, just have to wait and see.

I don't know why people are suggesting to get rid of Joel, yes he was poor in the games he did play but at the end of the day he's very young for a keeper and it was his first season at the club, I've still got faith that he can develop into a good keeper.

I don't know what's Juniors contract status but he can go to, just not cut out for this level.

With Europa League next season we really can't afford to let many people go, so we should only get rid of players who aren't going to play.

I'm also loving that there's no real worry of any of our first teamers goings, such a good feeling.

As much as i don't really like Osman, there's absolutely no reason to ditch him. I thought he had a great game on saturday, and whilst for me, he should be no where near our Starting XI when we have a full strength squad, he's valuable to have, to bring a bit of stability, see Villa away.

He's also a valued member of the squad, who can clearly help the young lads, and well, he'll have no problem throwing on the blue jersey when we're playing away in Israel on a Thursday night.

That's why for me, Him and Hibbert should stay.

Vellios and Gueye are gonners i'd imagine.

Osman isn't going anywhere , Martinez has publicly said he can play for 3 more seasons and he has appeared in every competitive game this season

Pienaar
Alcaraz
Hibbert
Gueye
Vellios
Agree with the above, they no longer offer us anything.

I'd be tempted to lob Kone in there too. That'd be about 7m coming in in fees plus 100k plus p/w off the wage bill. A saving of over 12m by getting rid.

Time to invest in promising youth coupled with two or three top players.

I can only see vellios and gueye leaving. As much as I hate to see Pienaar and Osman starting they are excellent players to have as back up and to be used as part of the euro squad. I think they would atleast offer something in the group stages of Europa

Goodbye to Magaye. It's the end of Gueyes for Maggy. Good Gueye to you sir. Etc etc etc.

I just hope they don't make him run out of Finch Farm or he'll still be here for the 2019/2020 season.
