For me pre season has to be about presenting your side in absolute condition to start the 1st game. Hopefully our new manager will notice that after 2 seasons of ball possession work in training we are without doubt a side that is not fit for purpose.. I don't care who we play , I would prefer our new manager to be doing double sessions of stamina work, in dispersed with a ball pressurisation system and defensive work to stop us from retreating back onto our own penalty spot when pressured.
