He's reached that point that all the other Republican candidates reached - where he realizes it's not going to happen - he'll be frantic / energetic for the next two weeks, then will tail off and suspend his campaign (and thus, Carly's).

I think he's a tool and a fool, so I won't be sorry to see him not get the nomination - so in a world of Trump v Clinton, my vote has to go for Hillary.....how we came to such a set of poor choices is a whole 'nuther Oprah.....

Still can't believe Trump crushed it in my area (Eighth Congressional District in Maryland). Reckon Rubio would have won the district if he stayed in long enough. Wonder if the Cruz VP selection is advanced notice of a third party run?

Reminds me of an event I went to in the House about eight years ago. Senator Brownback mentioned "pushing the ball forward to the 20-yard zone" which cued up some groaning in the audience

I really don't think he will (though maybe I've blinders on) - I just think Hillary (with all her many faults) is going to come out ahead in November. Once again, how did we get to have such a poor final selection? There are some amazingly smart & talented people in public service today - unfortunately, none of them are running for President! (Maybe they're smart enough not to do so?)
