I used to compete in the Mourne Mountain Marathon, it is a two day race in the Mourne Mountains. You had to carry your food, tent tec. The food would be dehydrated, much like Pot Noodle only you could get proper food. I remember having apple and custard, it was great. If you must eat stuff like pot noodle because you are that busy go to a mountain supply shop and try one of those.
Haven't Warren a pot noodle in 20 years, and if my luck holds I'll die before I eat another one.

Chicken & Mushroom all day long...Extra Soy Sauce in it....eat the noodles then drink the juice....

No honest, never mind all that rip off 'beans n sausage self heat bag' crap! 1 pot noodle and a load of them emptied into individual plastic bags and you're off on a weeks march and knocking out the natives in the slaughtered Lamb by 10!
