Possible Takeover

Ok read the 1st page, couldn't be arsed with the rest - so I take it there is no takeover? What does it matter if there is or isn't? Who really gives a [Poor language removed].

Who cares if Gosling goes to Newcastle? What's the point in caring? Football is a crap sport, especially in this country where it's just full of snidey little ****ers, kids pretending to be adults, adults acting like kids.

Really don't have anything to look forward to this season. Not being negative, but just not arsed. Weird sensation - and one I never thought would happen.

The last thing I hope we become is Chelsea and Man City. I'd settle for an owner who is sufficiently rich to keep the club out of debt, be able to pay our players enough to keep them away from the likes of those lot, and give Moyes a reasonable transfer budget. My biggest fear of a takeover is that we lose our identity as a club who brings the local lads through and make shrewd buys in the transfer market. Seriously, do you think that any academy players at Chelsea or Man City have a realistic chance of becoming an impact senior player? I don't.

THIS spot on!!

Spot on, but we're in the minority here mate

I'd rather hover about 5th-8th indefinately with a shred of dignity than buy the league like Chelsea have done and Man City will do. **** it I'd rather go down. I'd have lost interest in football by now if Sheik Mansour had bought us.
Agreed, except for the last line. Would never lose interest in Everton, as I honestly believe that would be impossible. Would never be the same though.

come on!!! how many city fans have gone roque after they got those moneypags....none....

you just gotta play along, money runs the world. theres teams that are rich and those are not so rich...

nothing strange about it.

if evertons situation would change, im sure our heritage would not go down the drain... (**** im sure my english was [Poor language removed] in this post ) :D
