Possible Director of Football

I have always liked the idea of a Director of Football. The manager has enough to do running the team. Having someone doing leg work on transfers and dealing with contracts takes some of the pressure off. It also takes away an area of conflict, if a player is dealing with the manager over pay that can raise areas of conflict, if the manager is removed from that it may help with team morale.

Please be Monchi, it'd change the game completely. Imagine how far he could make this £100m kitty go. Licking my lips at the thought of it.

Only 2800-odd pages to the catch up on the Manager thread. Will be a while before the DoF is named :hayee:

I've never given it much thought but I can see the benefits.
