Ha ha ha some of those signings from the Souness era.lol Torbien Piechnick and Istvan Kozma etc.lol The early 90's were very turbulent for Everton.But the reds fall from grace, made things a hell of a lot easier to bear.We had our troubles, but it was nice watching them fall apart.

By fondest memory of Morientes comes from 'This Is Football 2'. The way Peter Drury would shout 'Morientes!!' whenever he had an effort on goal is something that I enjoyed.

Ah this is football 2 with it's dive and two footed tackle option. lol I have great memories of that game.

For me, the poor signings are the likes of Mane, Van Dyke and going back further, Barnes and Houghton etc.

Sean Dundee is still my favourite ever Liverpool player. They need more great signings on that level.

Hated the RS with Barnes and Beardsley. They'd won everything prior to playing attritional, percentage anti-football that no one liked - late 80s side with Beardsley at his peak was a different game. Fortunately it all fell apart shortly after and they were signing the likes of David Speedie.
