So who could we possibly get
MOYES
I would cry if this happens and would give up on the club.

Rafael
Rs at heart but can build a team but just signed for a new club but I believe he would jump the chance in managing us.

Arteta
Hmm I'm not sure this is the right time as we need a experience manager right now.

Howe
Done a great job at Bournemouth and can he make the step up plus I'm worried about his defence.

Wilder
Marvelous job and they play good football and he will want to finish the season with the club.

That list gives a slight argument to voting no.
If he’s sacked I expect to disappointingly see Moyes in charge until the end of the season.

Then we can appoint another totally average manager.
Wouldn’t be surprised to see this Norwich manager linked, won nothing and no real pedigree, let’s get him in.

I think that marks us as having a crap season up until now. We’ve had plenty of those and still been nowhere near the scrap to s

every year the actual rubbish fight the real relegation battle from about spring on. How utterly terrible have we been and still the majority of the table is within a few points from us and some seem to be miraculously worse.

The club should be professional and prepared for a mid season change and not over reacting to a non existent threat
If you keep putting yourself in and around it sooner or later that luck will change and before you know it its too late. Weve seen plenty of good teams go down over the years. Absolutely no doubt who the better team on the pitch was today, at home, and they sat bottom of the league. Theres no reason we are entitled to stay in this league given what weve seen this season under silva. He has history for it, literally thats all he has a history of doing in the premier league. If he stays we are 100% in a relegation scrap in my mind. We were fortunate to get 3 points against southampton two weeks ago and norwich should have been out of sight with half an hour to go today.

Interesting to see why the No's are saying so. They see something we all don't? Never one to knee jerk or call for a manager to get sacked but this clown is in serious danger of relegating us.

Rafael. Careless about his past.

but we haven’t even really been “in or around” a real relegation battle for a long time

if we had been I’d take your point and be more worried

I think we will be at the end of December if he stays on. By that time its too late, we know what can happen if youre bottom at christmas. May sound doom and gloom but theres nothing in this man that suggests he firstly will stop us being in that position and secondly be able to get us out of it. Would hands down take any of our managers over the last 15 years back over this imbecile.

If we could trust the club to have a good appointment ready then yep he’s done enough to warrant the boot

but we can’t so no, I’d want to know they have a decent replacement before they pull the trigger
If The Athletic is to be believed (I think it was O'Keefe), Eddie Howe and Mikel Arteta are the names being discussed in the Boardroom but neither has been spoken to or sounded out by the club.
