Players Who Disliked Teammates

Big Dunc and Craig Short notoriously hated each other.

Always remember the look on Duncan's face after he pushed Short off from clinging his arm round his neck after he scored against Stockport in the FA Cup replay in 95/96 season.

Also, Blackburn away when Duncan got sent off for telling David Ellery what he thought of him and allegedly Short told Ellery he was right to send him off
See this is really weird because I was always convinced that was the case aswell, but apparently it's not true. A mate of mine is good friends with a few ex players and apparently the two of them got on fine - although there were more than a few divisions in the squad during those years. I can never remember whether I just came to the conclusion they didn't like each other because of the way they seemed or if it was a proper rumour at the time, but my mate assures me they were never at loggerheads.

Dug this out aswell, which backs him up: https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/spo...news/ferguson-factor-key-blues-battle-3547727

Coleman and Lukaku is the only one I really know of. It's probably pretty widespread throughout all teams, I can't imagine many groups of 25+ lads not having a few polarized personalities in them

Andy Cole and Teddy Sheringham hated each other off the pitch.

Neither has ever said to this day what it was about.

Don`t think John Terry was popular with some at Chelsea either, after goosing their missus`s.
Cole discussed it in a documentary- apparently Sheringham 'blanked' Cole when being subbed of for him in an England game. It was Cole's debut and he felt Sheringham should have rolled out the red carpet and bunting. So he never forgave him. As you can imagine Teddy just ignored him.
