Player Valuation: £35m
Robles 6 - Couldn't say he was at fault for any goals. Worry's me, not as much as Mucha tho.
Stones 7 - Going to be a good player for us, fitted in well. Good performance.
Heitinga 4 - Can't run, Can't tackle, was completely overun in his role. End of his efc career? I think so.
Distin 7 - A typical good performance from Distin, very unlucky not to score and was constantly talking to Stones.
Coleman 6 - Average game, arguably at fault for first goal and should of leveled the game.
Oveido 6 - Very suspect defensively, needs to toughen up a bit.
Gibson 5 - Showed he hasn't played in several weeks but the formation didn't suit him at all. At fault for second goal, largely dissapointing.
McCarthy 6 - Same as gibbo first half formation didn't suit him. Got much better once Barry came on.
Naismith 6 - Much improved player, still not x11 but has a use to the squad now. Good goal and worked hard.
Delefoe 7 - At times simply breathtaking, other times frustrating as hell, ran Fulham ragged first half. He'll learn and get better.
Lakaku 6 - Didn't have much to work with, another affected by the formation. However still always a threat and so good seeing a good striker up front.

Jags 7 - Backline looked much improved once he came on
Barry 7 - Sorted out midfield instantly with a change of formation helping us dominate the game
Mirallass 7 - Too little too late unfortunately.

Martinez 5 - Took a gamble with the x11, I understand the need for that, but maybe 1 change to many, coupled with a different formation that clearly didn't suit the center of the park. The main let down from RM was not changing it soon enough, if he had of done, we win the game. Has to take responsibility for the loss IMO.

Quick point on Martinez.... Did he not try to make the subs before they equalised ?
Sure somebody said he did.

Also, the team he put out was more than strong enough to hav won that..... Shizz happens is all.

Was Heitinga really that bad?? if he got a 4 surely Oviedo must get lower as I counted at least 3 times in the first half that Oviedo was caught out of position and Johnny covered to stop the attack.

Good god - never thought Johnny would be this low. Should have sold him when we had the chance.

Yep he was trying to make the sub when they scored, but it should of been done when they equalized. If he was taking it 100% seriously it should of been done at HT. That whole CM trio and formation wasn't working. Waited far too long.

Maybe a little harsh on JH. Actually NO It's not. I'm sure in 70 mins of football I could manage to cover once or twice.

Not too many managers change the heart of the team at half time... It's always 10 or so minutes after the restart to give the team the chance to get back in the rhythm of the game.... Obvs there is no rule or absolute on this and there will be times when it's different.

I thought someone said he tried to make the changes before they equalised..... Again I could be wrong.

Martinez should have swapped Deulofeu for Mirallas, not Naismith.

Good ratings though, think Lukaku and Naismith earned themselves a 7. Coleman was a 5, his shot when it was an open goal wouldn't even go in if Stockdale wasn't there. Not judging on just one moment, but I thought he just wasn't decent yesterday.

Naismith was giving the ball away everytime he received it. the only thing wrong with the substitutuin is it should have come earlier. I also thought Robles looked quite good and don't understand why people are worried.
