Off to my mates house to play some table tennis and have a BBQ. Glorious.

I dident think kids could go in most gyms mate

She's 14 now so is allowed in accompanied by an adult... she had to have a 2 hour induction off one of the instructors yesterday first though which is standard for anybody wishing to use the gym ( it's the local council sports centre ).




*Also just to clarify, she won't be doing any work with weights, purely cardio and general fitness work.
