Plans for the weekend?

Jazz band The Neil Cowley Trio tonight, drinks and a meal after. Spending most of tomorrow reading Slavoj Zizek's new book, then cooking a curry for friends. Probably more Zizek on Sunday.
 
Going to a posh do for my mates step dads 50th tommorow. I've never even met the guy but he's besties with Ian Poulter and its at Woburn golf club with a champagne reception.

This is what I'm talking about. Pics or GTFO though. If you don't know the rules, you do now lad. You can't titillate us like that without delivering the goods.
 
Im gonna try have a early night tonight, going to Alton Towers tomorrow which means a 6.45 start getting a 8.15 train. which means ill be to fooked for a drink on Sat night.

Nice. It'll be busy though!

I always try to go on a weekday that doesn't fall on a school frigging holiday. You get to go on so many more rides.

Yeah 2 hour queues are the work of the devil, you'll still have a good time though.

Nemesis is still the best ride there for me. The new one, Thirteen is a bit of a disappointment tbh.

It's also worth noting that if you can get back down to Alton Towers on the weekend of Bonfire night you will see some fantastic fireworks.
