Pissed Off With Everton

Really quite pissed off with everton at the moment, i went to book my zenit st petersberg tickets last wednesday, when their was still quite a lot available, going to take my mrs and her bro to their first game for hopefully a good experience, (was originally going to be sunderland but ended up with other plans, gutted !!!)

anyway after trying numerous times on the website, and failing using my visa electron card, in which it says, all major debit & credit cards accepted, i then phoned up and was told it was my card that was the problem but they do accept it so keep on trying or phone my bank. anyway after lots of messing on sat morning i was finally told that although they accept some visa electron their system is crap and doesnt accept all, i wud have to come to goodison and pick it up, as the box office system is the only 1 that 100% works with all cards..

how [Poor language removed] stupid, i live near chester, and i had to travel just to goodison to pickup tickets, and now i have ended up with 3 tickets, and the back of upper gladys street (row s) with restricted views as well... when this would never have been a problem before hand..

sorry but i think thats real poor by everton, lets just hope the seats arent as bad as im expecting, and that we do actually win !!!

Well this season alone i have had to:

Change my season ticket seat
Had my villa tickets 9 seats apart when there were loads of seats together
Been blocked out of 2 games because my season ticket 'wouldnt work' and had to go to box office to queue and miss some of the match
Didnt get my Kirkby vote form either

This is exactly where EFC is failing, as a business. One has to point the finger at Wyness over this. Does anyone out there think he is doing a good job?

well, i've been away so i'm not up to speed with stadium issues. i know the season ticket is now a swipe card. i can't see how they can screw that up. i went to the city of manchester stadium to watch england v iceland a couple of years ago and their swipe system worked fine.

it annoys me when i hear irritating stories like this where people are getting screwed where it matters most- trying to get in to watch the blues!!

Its stories like this that ought to be collated by the supporters club and presented to the club offices via Wyness, it only then that you'll get something done

The seats were always going to be a problem the closer you left it to a game, Im a season ticket holder and got my metalist tickets on the first day and got row OO in the lower gwladys (two rows from the very back), where i could see almost nothing during the whole game.

Eticketing never works for us and i also live in cheshire so picking up tickets is a pain.
